Owners of even the most expensive Mission Beach homes cannot boast the amenities afforded by The Residence Club on Mission Beach. Each of your Club vacations is relaxing, rejuvenating and stress-free because your Club staff takes care of all the responsibilities. Here are the many Club services and amenities you will enjoy:

Club Concierge – Enjoy a level of personal attention that is unprecedented for San Diego vacation homeowners. Airport and in-town transportation will be arranged. The refrigerator and pantry in your Club residence will be stocked, upon request, with your favorite foods and beverages. Area activities and excursions will be pre-arranged. Restaurant reservations will be coordinated and confirmed. Spa services will be scheduled, as will fishing adventures and golf tee times. Tickets to professional sporting events, theater and major attractions will be secured and any other personal needs will be attended to. You arrive relaxed and ready to enjoy the very first moment in your Mission Beach home.

Beach Services — An expansive, groomed public beach is just steps from each front door! Upon request your Club staff will put up cabanas, umbrellas, comfortable beach chairs and side tables and your staff will clean up the beach and take down the beach chairs and umbrellas after sunset. Boogie boards, beach towels, and chilled water are provided for owner convenience.

Beach Cruisers - Pedaling down the strand is a revered Mission Beach pastime. Use the Club's beach cruisers for exercise, family excursions, shopping and transportation.

Housekeeping - Residence club owners receive daily housekeeping service for a fee and full maid service will be provided upon request for an additional fee.

Clothing and Equipment Storage - As a Club owner, you are freed from the burden of transporting bulky beach gear and clothing. Your personal items may be stored in a secure area, awaiting your next hassle-free visit. Just prior to your arrival, your belongings will be placed in your Club residence.

Underground Parking - Your Club offers one parking space per residence in the Club's secure underground parking garage, a rarity in the Mission Beach area.

Private Club Staff - Your professional, dedicated and friendly Club staff ensures that every visit is fun-filled and worry-free.
